A FRIENDLY REMINDER - TRY TO CONNECT WITH AT LEAST 2 NETWORK MEMBERS BEFORE OUR NEXT MEETING!

Women & Business - Postcards from the Trenches Do you wonder what is going on behind closed doors at your insurance company? How much money do you need to make to pay for the new salesperson or business ad? What do banks really look for in your financials when considering you for a business loan? How do you get past voicemail in this electronic age? These questions and more will be answered at this meeting from women business owners who have been there and survived to tell about it! We're tapping our NEW membership for this program.

Dear NEW Members, Recently, I was reflecting on my business and the businesses of Network of Entrepreneurial Women when I came across my notes from our meeting with Kathie Nelson from a few months ago. Just glancing over my notes gave me insight and ideas on what to do next. Here is what Kathie said: 1. Set a Goal. 2. Ask yourself: Who can help me get it? Connect with these people. 3. Help them along the way.
So, as you read this, define your own goal and connect with those who can help you achieve it. Most importantly, help others while growing your own business. This will bring you the best results. Remember, our goal is to do business with one new Network member every month. Network and be prosperous!!

Live Long and Enjoy Life by Kristina Bak, Author and Qigong Master
Knowledge is power. Learning Qigong is a powerful way to work with energy and control your own wellbeing and peace of mind. Qi (pronounced chee) refers to life energy, and gong refers to its movement.
It's no secret that working with energy is for all of us, right now. Gynecologist and author Dr. Christiane Northrup taught Oprah and her audience some Qigong movements to increase the flow of energy in their bodies on the January 17, 2008, show. On the November 1, 2007, show, cardiologist Dr. Oz said, "If you want to be healthy and live to 100, do Qigong," adding that Qigong practice reduces stress and reverses the aging process.
